Privacy and cookies
This page explains what technical data may be generated while using the site and how optional YouTube and Spotify content works.
Controller and contact
Jeremi Goraj is the controller of data connected with this website. For privacy questions, contact kontakt@jeremigoraj.pl.
Data that may be processed
The site has no user accounts, newsletter or contact form. When you connect, the hosting server may automatically process technical data such as the IP address, request time, visited URL, browser and device type.
If you contact Jeremi by email, the information in your message and the details needed to reply will be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
- secure and reliable delivery of the website — legitimate interest;
- replying to messages and discussing potential work — steps requested by you or legitimate interest;
- displaying YouTube and Spotify players — only with your consent.
Cookies, local storage and external media
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only your external-media preference in the browser’s local storage so that you are not asked on every visit.
YouTube and Spotify content remains blocked until you consent. Once enabled, those providers may receive technical data and use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie Choices” in the footer.
Recipients and external services
The site is hosted by Vercel. If external media is enabled, data may also be sent to Google/YouTube and Spotify. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own policies and safeguards.
Details: Vercel, Google/YouTube and Spotify.
Retention
Technical data is retained according to the hosting provider’s settings and security practices. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, perform agreed work or protect against claims. Your privacy preference remains on your device until you change it or clear browser data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may also complain to the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. More information is available at uodo.gov.pl.
